Forbidden White, Columbia Valley, 2013
Back for its fourth debut! The grapes were sourced from several vineyards including Boushey, Dineen Family Vineyard, den Hoed Vineyard, Underwood Family Vineyard, and Ciel du Cheval. We kept the residual sugar level a little lower than past vintages.  Aromas of apple, lemon and grass followed by a crisp mouth-feel, with a pear and an orange-citrus quality.

Paired with Apple and Brie Pastry

Merlot, Seven Hills, Walla Walla, 2012
Deep fruit aromas with flavors of cassis and black cherry accompanied by a full bodied, age-worthy structure of dense, well integrated tannins. Barrel aging in new and used French oak offers vanilla, cocoa, and toasted mahogany. It would be a shame to blend anything into this showcase example of Washington State Merlot.

Paired with Bacon Pecan Salad with Raspberry Vinaigrette

Tempranillo, Columbia Valley, 2012
Ruby red in color, layered with aromas and flavors of plum and tobacco.  Hard to believe it, but it is better than our 2011 Tempranillo, come by and taste it for yourself.

Paired with Rosemary Prosciutto Pizza with Fresh Arugula

Syrah Sirah, Columbia Valley, 2012
A blend of two varietals Syrah and Petite Sirah, that complement one another with flare.  Petite Sirah offers pepper, firm structure but not too tannic, deep, restrained, dark fruit shows much potential to unlock with age.  The Syrah lends overtones of blackberry on the finish.

Paired with Bell Pepper Cheese Tortellini with Lamb Bolognese

Late Harvest Roussane, Yakima Valley, 2012
91 Points, Wine Advocate, 2014
Golden honey in color, this Late Harvest Roussanne is rich and decadent with flavors of ripe pear, dried apricot and pineapple with a subtle minerality. On the palate, it has mouthwatering acidity and a beautifully long finish.

Paired with Diplomatica Cake

6-9pm

$50 (tax and tip included)
