Join culinary team from The 5th Street Bistro and the winemaker from Patterson Cellars for an evening of taste and sip explorations. The Five Course Wine Dinner Menu includes -
Amuse Bouche - Uni in Ponzo Sauce, paired with Late Harvest Roussanne
Mussels Picada Linguica, Charred Tomatoes, Saffron & Almonds, paired with Tempranillo
Roasted Bone Marrow Served with Gremolata Sauce and Toast Points, paired with Merlot
Braised Pork Belly Apricot Hoisin, Seared Baby Bok Choy, and Chinese Egg Noodles, paired with Syrah Sirah
Hazelnut Mousse Served with Grilled Pineapple, paired with Mélange Blanc
Talk with the winemaker from Patterson Cellars as you dine in private ballroom of the Majestic Inn. Learn about the variety of wines from Patterson Cellars and how the pair best with food. Relax and enjoy a sampling of Patterson Cellars wines with the opportunity to purchase you favorites at the end of the night.
The dinner begins at 7pm and is $75 per person. Gratuity is not included. Please note – this dinner is presented by the 5th Street Bistro and Patterson Cellars. Refunds are available up to 72 hours before the event. The dinner requires at least 18 attendees and may be cancelled by the hosts if attendance is less than this number.
